PORCELAIN VENEERS Porcelain veneers were used to close a large diastoma (or gap) and to change the shape of the front teeth for two clients, which achieved a more desirable smile.
COMPOSITE RESIN VENEERS Composite resin veneers were utilised to change the shape of the front teeth after orthodontic treatment.
PORCELAIN CROWNS Porcelain crowns may be used for badly broken, heavily decayed, fragile or poorly coloured teeth.
CEREC® - The Digital Technology of the Future Extensive and defective amalgam fillings were replaced with natural adhesive material, using the CEREC® system, in just one appointment.
DENTAL IMPLANTS
MOUTHGUARD For all contact sports a mouthguard should be worn, to prevent dislocation of the jaw and damage to your natural teeth.
OCCLUSAL SPLINT If you wake up with a sore jaw or your partner complains of you grinding loudly throughout the night, you may require an occlusal splint.
TOOTH WHITENING As we get older our teeth become discoloured, due to coffee/wine intake and the natural aging process. Tooth whitening is the easiest way to look younger, feel more confident and look fantastic for that special occasion. Tooth whitening may be performed in the comfort of your own home or at the dental clinic.
TOOTHBRUSH ABRASION Using a medium or hard bristled tootbrush and incorrect brushing technique can eventually lead to a condition known as toothbrush abrasion. Over time the gums may receed and the outer layer of the tooth or enamel can be abraded away leaving the tooth more susceptible to decay, sensitivity and further abrasion.
We would like to thank all of our patients who have enabled us to use the pictures displayed above. |
