If you wake up with a sore jaw or your partner complains of you grinding loudly throughout the night, you may require an occlusal splint.

TOOTH WHITENING

As we get older our teeth become discoloured, due to coffee/wine intake and the natural aging process. Tooth whitening is the easiest way to look younger, feel more confident and look fantastic for that special occasion. Tooth whitening may be performed in the comfort of your own home or at the dental clinic.

TOOTHBRUSH ABRASION

Using a medium or hard bristled tootbrush and incorrect brushing technique can eventually lead to a condition known as toothbrush abrasion. Over time the gums may receed and the outer layer of the tooth or enamel can be abraded away leaving the tooth more susceptible to decay, sensitivity and further abrasion.
